Mornings are essential. Yes, it can be tough at times, especially Monday mornings (ugh). As the pandemic have existed for almost two years, I believe that most of our routines have been jumbled and reorganized to the newest era's liking. I personally have adapted a rather fixed schedule, despite working and attending classes from home. I try to avoid opening my laptop on weekends, so I can rest properly physically and mentally. It has been a success this far; I don't dread Monday mornings as much as I used to.
